The Green Bay Packers get a clean slate now that the regular season is in the rearview mirror. After finishing second in the NFC North behind division rival Chicago, Green Bay now turns its attention to the postseason, where they will travel to Soldier Field for a Wild Card matchup Saturday. It marks the third meeting between the two teams this season, with familiarity adding another layer to an already storied rivalry.

The Packers enter the playoffs trending in the right direction on the health front. Quarterback Jordan Love is expected back under center, along with running back Josh Jacobs and offensive lineman Zach Tom, giving Green Bay a much more complete look on both sides of the ball. That added depth could prove critical against a Chicago team that knows them well.

Saturday’s game will also carry historical weight. This will be the third time the Packers and Bears have met in the postseason, renewing one of the NFL’s oldest rivalries on the game’s biggest stage. While the regular season provided its share of twists, the playoffs offer a fresh opportunity, where you can put the past of the regular season behind you.

After a couple tight games already this season, this matchup has a chance to put another mark on the NFL’s oldest rivalry.
