Be careful with your “Happy New Year” wishes to people. A new survey says there are specific dates that we need to stop saying ‘happy new year’. If you’re texting someone you need to stop by January 3rd (you missed that window). If you’re going to wish a co-worker Happy New Year you have until this Saturday (January 10th) and for any other reason January 17th is the cutoff for your Happy New Year wishes.
