Terry began his radio career at WFHR in 1968 and has been the station's Sports Director since 1971. Terry essentially created the WFHR sports department as it currently exists, with strong emphasis on local play-by-play and sports reports. In addition to on-air duties, Terry handled sports department sales for over 15 years. Terry has been the primary play-by-play voice for baseball, football, wrestling, hockey, and basketball broadcasts of Lincoln, Assumption, Port Edwards, and Nekoosa High Schools. Terry is a Certified Radio Marketing Consultant and senior account representative. In addition to sports and sales activities, Terry has handled news, engineering and on-air assignments with WFHR in his 32 years with the station. Terry retired from full time duties in July 2009
Send Randy Email Randy was born within sight of the "frozen tundra" of Lambeau Field, which probably explains his love for sports. Randy assists the station on a part-time basis, helping with Saturday morning sports and play-by-play. Randy also has a "real" job. He is a junior high instructor and Principal at St. Paul's Lutheran school in Wisconsin Rapids. He and his wife Judy have two children
Dave
Mueller, Sports Announcer![]()
Dave is a communicator, musician, family man and sports fanatic (not necessarily in that order!) Dave is a board member of the United Way of Inner Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Rapids Sunrise Rotary Club and sports announcer/anchor on one of the busiest, most dedicated and best local sports crews in the area, WFHR. Dave was a 3-year varsity golf letter winner at Marquette University (unfortunately the letter sweater and jacket doesn't fit anymore!). Dave is passionate about the Royal and Ancient Game (golf) and plays as often as possible. Dave has two children.
